In this role, you will evaluate patients with chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Fabricate, fit, and deliver orthoses which best meet the medical and functional needs of each patient. You may supervise the custom fabrication of orthoses and monitor technical activities within the department; supervise orthotic technicians as assigned. In addition, you will participate in quality improvement processes and participate in departmental training as requested.
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
- 1 year directly related experience; 2 years preferred
- Certified Orthotist (ABCOP) or within 18 months of position
