O&P Technician I
One or more years of orthotic and/or prosthetic fabrication experience in a laboratory or private firm required
High School or GED required
Certification and licensure with orthotics & prosthetics preferred
Sound knowledge in all areas of O&P fabrication.
Ability to fabricate structurally sound and neat O&P devices.
Ability to demonstrate competence in the fabrication, adjustment and repairing of all orthotic and/or prosthetic appliances.
Ability to work with chemicals and work safely with equipment and infection controls.
Professional, effective communication skills necessary to cooperate and work with practitioners and other technicians.
