Pediatric Orthotics and Prosthetics Assistant
Shriners Hospitals for Children - Erie has a full time, benefit-eligible position for our growing Pediatric Orthotic and Prosthetic Service line (POPS). The position requires the ability to be flexible, assisting in all aspects of patient care, including participation in the assessment of patients, implementation of established orthotic or prosthetic treatment plans, repairs of orthotic and prosthetic devices, and fitting of off-the-shelf devices.
This role will require working in a collaborative team environment, assisting the CPO, and eventually having the ability to work independently after proper training.
This individual cares about providing the highest quality patient care and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to multi-task and re-prioritize regularly, as well as a keen attention to detail, are also essential.
