We have an exciting opportunity for an Orthotic Technician interested in being part of a team. We are seeking a full-time Orthotic Technician, who is a self-starter, motivated, team-oriented, and dedicated to providing quality devices. Lab Technicians must possess excellent team communication skills, work ethic, and multitasking ability. Technicians work alongside clinical team and other fabrication staff to develop/fabricate custom patient devices. Must have good hand skills and knowledge of hand and power tools.
Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Required Experience: Minimum 5 years; experience with fabrication using plaster, thermoplastics, thermosets, leather, & metal work is ideal.
Required Skills: Ability to fabricate: CFO's, AFO's, AAFO's, Crow orthoses & KAFO's; Modify footwear: Elevation, Rocker soles.
