The Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC) is an independent, not-for-profit credentialing organization that supports quality patient care with DMEPOS certifications for professionals and CMS-deemed accreditation for businesses. Our offerings include, but are not limited to, certification for orthotic and mastectomy fitters and accreditation for O&P practices, mastectomy boutiques, and lymphedema clinics. In addition, over 2,000 orthotists, prosthetists, and pedorthists hold active BOC certifications. Both CMS and the Department of Veterans Affairs accept BOC credentials.
