The Certified Fabrication Supervisor will supervise the orthotic and prosthetic central fabrication lab with responsibilities for technical staff and overall fabrication quality and workflow. The utilization of the latest in fabrication techniques including CAD/CAM and carver technology.

Supervision of the orthotic and prosthetic technical team members.
Supervision of orthotic and prosthetic fabrication and lab workflow using OPIE Fabrication Tracker application.
Supervision of ordering, receiving, shipping and inventory control including control of in-house stock par levels.
Receipt and processing of carver files.
Basic CAD/CAM knowledge
Overseeing invoicing central fabrication projects.
Laboratory contact person for customer questions and concerns.
Overall quality control responsibility of fabrication.
Orthotic and prosthetic fabrication skills including cast modification, thermoforming and lamination skills.
Design laboratory processes and procedures for consistency and quality.
5 years experience as a O&P technician required
Supervisory experience and experience with lab management and inventory required
Computer proficiency required
Ability to work with CAD/CAM systems required
Central fabrication experience (preferred).
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED/PREFERRED:
High School/GED required
CTP and/or CTO preferred
Current full Covid vaccination status required
