Job Description

Fit-Well Prosthetic & Orthotic Center is looking for a CO or CPO or CPO assistant to join our family in the unbelievable city of Salt Lake. (Midvale) This is a practitioner position for our well established 115 year old practice.  The candidate should be a self-motivated, detailed-oriented team player who works well in both hospital and clinical settings.  Our goal is to make our patients our #1 priority. Our Midvale office includes a large on-site state-of-the-art fabrication facility to design and produce custom products. Please forward your resume.
