Experienced CPOs, are you looking for a challenging new role in sunny California where you can thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and drive business growth? Collier O&P has an exciting opportunity for you!
As our new CPO, you will manage a team of six practitioners across three Northern California communities, providing excellent clinical care and communication skills to our diverse patient population. Collier is a thriving orthotic and prosthetic company that values patient care above all else, specializing in Prosthetics, Scoliosis, Spina Bifida, Pediatric care, Stroke, and Trauma patients.
To be considered for this position, you must have advanced skills in Prosthetics, established relationships in Sacramento or the Bay Area, and at least seven years of experience treating patients. In addition, we are looking for a candidate passionate about developing new business and increasing patient volume, and we are offering incentives to reward success in this area.
Your role in driving growth will include:
- Identifying new business opportunities.
- Building relationships with referral sources and physicians.
- Working closely with our marketing team to promote our services and specialties to the healthcare community.
We will offer volume incentives based on the number of new prosthetic patients you bring in and the overall growth of our prosthetics business.
We are also excited to implement new technology, such as 3D scans, Cad/Cam, form machines, and 7-axis carvers, and we need a team player ready to take this technology to the next level in prosthetics. You will have a tech team, prosthetic assistants, and two CPO’s supporting you every step of the way, and implementation will come with incentives.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for patient exams, device recommendations, hospital call responsibilities, delivery, adjustments, and modifications of O&P devices, as well as patient instruction and care clinics.
