Job Description
Tamarack Habilitation Technologies is a lean, innovative manufacturing company located in Minnesota, globally renowned and respected for its orthotic componentry, wheelchair seating systems, and ultra-low friction technologies for reducing skin / soft tissue damage. Our novel products increase user independence, comfort, mobility, and overall wellbeing. Used strategically, they can reduce wound occurrence and accelerate healing of existing wounds. Utilization extends well outside O&P to many other sectors of healthcare, sports, fitness, and beyond.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6+ years of combined experience in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role, preferably within a manufacturing, wholesale, or B2B environment in the O&P, med-device, or healthcare sector. Some experience supervising a small team is preferred.
- Advanced decision-making and problem-solving
