About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled senior technician/lab supervisor to oversee our lab operations and work directly with our general operations manager. This leadership position is ideal for a hands-on, experienced individual who values precision and teamwork.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support daily lab operations and technician workflows
- Oversee quality control to ensure consistency and high-standard fabrication
- Train team members on lab procedures, equipment, and technologies
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and supply ordering
- Help shape policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and production flow
What You Bring
- Eight-plus years of central fabrication and supervisory experience
- Extensive knowledge of prosthetic fabrication
- Two-piece covers, hip disarticulation, joints/corsets, Revo/Click systems, lamination processes
- Solid orthotics experience
- KAFOs (metal & plastic), AFOs, gauntlets, shoe modifications, and more
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A strong organizational and team-building mindset
