Freedom Innovations, Irvine, California, announced that Joshua Saipe has joined the company as senior vice president of corporate and business development. He will focus on the company’s corporate growth initiatives including acquisitions, licensing, strategic relationships, and integration of strategic and business development initiatives.
Saipe brings more than 14 years of experience in healthcare investing, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and investment banking. Most recently, he was a principal with Health Evolution Partners (HEP), San Francisco, California, and a member of Freedom Innovations’ board of directors.
