Sharing a new one for us.  Has anyone been given this reason for a denial during your preauth’ process?  (AND….It was recorded as a voicemail!)
“Your request for prosthetic services has been denied because we did not meet our own 72 hour recording deadline”
I am Not kidding. We listened to this message several times because we just could not believe what we were hearing. As usual, we have followed their rules & provided everything required in a timely organized fashion.
This new normal world in which we are living has officially become unsustainable.
