Hello all!
I am looking for a shoe recommendation for an adult male patient who wears bilateral split calipers DAAJ AFOs. Patient was affected with by a CVA on the left and affected by post-polio syndrome on the right with a significant LLD and plantar flexion contracture. He wears high tops with inside the lift/PF accommodation. His previous shoes were high top sneakers and he continually is splitting the shoes were the inside caliper is placed. I am looking for a firm/hard sole high top or boot that is fairly flat at the sole. Any recommendations you have would be greatly appreciated.
