Contracture management for burn

Hello ,

I’m looking for help treating a burn patient losing range at her ankles. Challenge is that she has recent extensive grafting on the dorsum of her feet, instep and anterior aspect of her ankles and orders state the no pressure can be applied to these areas. Thanks in advance for your advice.
