BK patient

Their list,
We have a K3 BK patient, Anthem/BCBS health plan, who is in our State for next couple months, in the substance treatment facility; we got predetermination approval from BCBS but this is not a guarantee of payment. We are thinking that if we deliver the leg, and get the denial from payor (for any reason) what can we do? Who we can bill? Patient’s mother is the plan subscriber.
Any bad experience with BCBS?
Any suggestion?
