Hello All,So I am finding situations where we see a patient in a Rehab Facility and cast and fabricate the custom orthosis. Upon contacting the patient for delivery they are refusing delivery or we are unable to arrange actual delivery. My practitioner has asked if I can bill to receive a reduced reimbursement based on the fact we fabricated a custom orthosis and should be paid something by an insurance company for the work we have done. Any advice is appreciated.
