MyoPro Orthosis

Does anyone have any experience with the MyoPro Orthosis from MyoMo (myomo.com)? I took a phone call today from a rehab assistant trying to find a MyoPro provider for a patient with a brachial plexus injury. She is looking for a credentialed provider. She contacted MyoMo directly with no success. She reported that they did not have a list of providers.

I perused their website bit did not learn much.
