Hello colleagues,

I’m helping a woman who rescued this turtle, she aptly named Crush.

She initially put bondo on the shell, but it’s coming off and she is looking for a more permanent waterproof material to use while the shell repairs itself.

She has ordered fiberglass boat repair strips and some acrylic nail product.

I was thinking a barrier (honey) between the injured skin and whatever we decide to use.

Straight epoxy?
Coe Tray Plastic?
Any Coyote Design people? Basalt?
Super glue for the cracks and a protective cover not glued to the shell?

I’m meeting with her Sunday morning to help.

Any suggestions are most welcome.

Thank you in advance
