L5653 ADDITION TO LOWER EXTREMITY, KNEE DISARTICULATION, EXPANDABLE WALL SOCKET

Would like opinions on using HCPCS L5653 to denote fenestrated sockets w/ flexible inner liners (simply cutting out windows in the socket) instead of actually fabricating material into the openings with expandable material.

In anticipation of many responses, I will summarize back to the list.
