Hi there list serve,
I am looking for a contact with someone that has had good results bringing
functionality to a flailed arm. The affected person has scapular control,
but no glenohumeral, elbow, wrist or hand control. I have an idea of what
I want to build but would like to touch base with someone with experience
before diving in. My goals are primarily to reduce distraction of her
glenohumeral joint, secondarily provide some elbow locking feature to hang
a purse/bag for short periods, and maybe utilize some hand control as
well.
I assume it will be cable driven.
Lastly I have little idea on how it can be billed, especially to medicare.
