I am currently a student in the Master of Prosthetics and Orthotics program at the University of Pittsburgh. The purpose of this research is to determine the self efficacy of orthotics and prosthetics practitioners based on education level. The questionnaire will take approximately 5 minutes and will not contain any personal identification markers. Participation is voluntary. If you choose to participate in the survey it will include background questions (e.g., years in profession, education level) as well as confidence levels of aspects of the profession (e.g., physical aspects, didactic aspects). There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project, nor are there any benefits to you. There is no compensation for participation. Your responses will maintain confidentiality through the University of Pittsburgh Qualtrics surveys. Again participation is voluntary and you may withdraw at any time.
