Ask for a copy of their proof of insurance page from their E&O insurance. Then, file a claim for all lost revenue. Fees, normal reimbursements, interest, and the loss of use of your money over time. Save all your paperwork, including when you transmitted the claim to them and when they actually filed it.
Umm, and find a better billing company…
Check with your credentialing organization, ABC or BOC, and see if they have other suggestions and if they know of a better billing company. You want a DMEPOS company, not necessarily a medical company.
Check with a good attorney to see if you are entitled to interest, or any punitive damages.
