Hello,
We are in the process of revamping our technical feedback. We have an
in-house fabrication lab and working on developing ways for our technicians
to provide clinicians feedback (cast condition/clarity of work ticket) and
working on ways to get feedback from the clinician back to the lab (fit,
adjustments at delivery etc).
What are people using for this? Or have any suggestions to help create a
feedback form that is concise yet helpful?
