My company has been blessed with some great marketers over the years. Teammates that understand how to help build our brand and culture in the community. However, i have not come across what i would consider an excellent Compensation Plan that truly pushes and rewards a hungry marketer in our profession… My goal in writing this is to start a private discussion with other business owners in the profession who have successfully implemented a marketer into their companies overall market strategy. There are many variables in putting together a package for this position, but i wish to discuss something Reward Driven that uses Opie Reports Data combined with harder to measure forms of production. I have no issue rewarding a great Team Leader if they are producing at a high level. Look forward to reading or hearing some thoughts on this topic so we can hopefully create something.
