Creative Compensation Plan for Marketing Teammate Ideas?

Dear List Serve,

My company has been blessed with some great marketers over the years. Teammates that understand how to help build our brand and culture in the community. However, i have not come across what i would consider an excellent Compensation Plan that truly pushes and rewards a hungry marketer in our profession… My goal in writing this is to start a private discussion with other business owners in the profession who have successfully implemented a marketer into their companies overall market strategy. There are many variables in putting together a package for this position, but i wish to discuss something Reward Driven that uses Opie Reports Data combined with harder to measure forms of production. I have no issue rewarding a great Team Leader if they are producing at a high level. Look forward to reading or hearing some thoughts on this topic so we can hopefully create something. Thanks in advance for any responses.
