Hello everyone!
I’m hoping to get some suggestions and opinions on the OTS CTOs that facilities prefer.
We have been using Aspen Vista CTO (2 post) for years but have noticed issues with breakage (sternal joint/strut) and overall lack of stability and control (large amount of flexion). At this point, we would like to try another type of device, as we typically fit ~3/wk. Our priorities are maximum stability and control of the upper thoracic and cervical spine.
We are considering the Aspen Vista CTO (4 post) to which we are still concerned about the same joint breakage as the 2 post; the other device we’re considering is the Aspen CTO.
If anyone has suggestions and/or preferences on their preferences, it would be greatly appreciated!
Happy Holidays
Warmest Regards,
