Hello all,
Last week, we saw a pt who is missing the DIP’s on 3 fingers, and wants
functional prosthetic fingers. My first thought went to the X-Tips from
Didtrick Medical. I called and they recommend the L7499 code. I’m not a
fan of using 99 codes for Medicare. Has anyone gotten paid from Medicare
for these? Using the L7499 code or a different code? Any other functional
finger recommendations are welcome.
