Pediatric liners

Hello listserve. I have a pediatric patient that wears a silicone locking liner. He tends to burn a hole in the fabric and then the silicone right at the patella area. It usually only takes about a month to get through the fabric. Any suggestion on how to make that area more durable would be appreciated. He currently wears an Ossur Dermo liner. Thanks in advance.
