Proprio foot question

Dear List,

I just got off the phone with Ossur, I have a malfunctioning Proprio foot that is out of warranty so no support, no loaner, no advice. My problem is the foot is stuck in dorsiflexion and won’t move or respond to touch pad commands. I am hoping someone has experienced this and has information so I can get it working. My Patient is frustrated beyond belief and has to cancel a trip to Texas this Tuesday. I currently have him in a temp to get him by, unfortunately he is bilateral and has a Proprio on the contralateral.

We did not fit his current Prostheses or Proprio feet, any help will be greatly appreciated.
