3-D prints, and breathable helmets

Hello all,

I’ve got a patient that would like 3-d printed functional foot orthoses.
Are there any central fab labs performing that service currently?

Also, there is a young man needing a hard shell protective helmet that is
as cool and well ventilated as possible. Any suggestions? I was looking
at Danmar Hard Shell Comfy Cap for comparison.
