Hi all I’m wondering if anyone uses any kind of communication apps or posters where a non verbal patient can indicate words and responses. We had a patient come in who didn’t bring his tablet (naturally). He could understand me but I had difficulty understanding him and his companion wasn’t familiar with his speech either. Writing is difficult as his dominant hand is affected by his stroke. I asked him to please bring in his tablet on his fitting visit but I’d like to have something myself for the future that’s simple to use and relatively inexpensive. I have a tablet I can use for this purpose. Thank you as always Paula Martinek, LPO
