Ottobock DVS leg

Josh Parker

Hey everyone,
I have an established BK amputee that I transitioned from locking coyote lock to DVS vacuum last year. He states that it’s the best leg he’s had, but I have a problem. It only fits well in the diagnostic socket. I have it as a Bull Ringmaster blister form over the DVS and fiberglass wrap. Every attempt at lamination has resulted in blisters distally or pain. We have attempted different layups of carbon to mimic the (little) flexibility of the plastic.

Has anyone had similar outcomes and any advise for success? Any vacuum compatible 3d print options that can accept DVS internals?
