Does anyone have a good survey they are willing to share that is provided to
their staff/employees? I am looking for staff input on policies, routines or
decisions that directly affect them such as healthcare and retirement
benefits, vacation policies, dress code, work hours, breaks, etc. An entire
survey or even question ideas would be appreciated. I do this every couple
of years and it’s quite interesting and insightful to get input from their
