I was wondering if any prosthetists out there have used Ossur’s new ProFlex
foot with a Genium or X3 knee and, if so, what were the results.
I typically use feet that are recommended by the manufacturers of the
microprocessor knees as the software has been programmed and tested to those
feet, but I’ve recently had a client who’s wearing an X3 with a Triton VS
inquire about the proFlex. Having used a number of the ProFlex feet I’m
familiar with them and think that my client could benefit from it but am not
sure how the knee will respond to it. Any information tips or heads up on
thing to avoid would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
