Prosthesis Identification Assistance

James Mock

Attempting to identify a manufacturer or any information that will help
identify who to return the following items too.

We are in possession of what appear to be a right leg and left leg the size
of a human knee with lower leg absent the ankle. Both items have the
appearance of brushed stainless steel. We haven’t weighed or measured
the two items but estimate they weigh 30-35 lbs each.

The lower legs have what are believed to be lightening cuts. The cuts
are about 3.5″ wide and 1″ high having a rectangle shape with rounded
corners. The cuts are stacked vertically one above the other with a
separation of about 1″. There are a total of 9 on the front and 9 on the
back of each lower leg. The shapes are not without an aesthetic appeal
that may have been intentional.

There are several numbers present:

02-003059-001-A03 – professionally stamped into the metal on what
it believed to be the knee where it connects and rotates within the lower leg.
Present on both items in same location.

02-003527-001-A03 – professionally stamped into the metal at the
base of the lower leg. Present on both items in same location.

18902 – white sticker with printed black ink attached to the bottom
of one of the lower legs

18770 – white sticker with printed black ink attached to the bottom
of the other lower leg

Please know this is a volunteer effort with no money due or costs
involved. Photos are available on request.

Thank you,
