Depending on the patients insurance, you can bill for this service. I have
attached an example of the Insurances.
If the insurance does not cover the cost, your company is obligated to
provide these services at no cost.
Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the interpreter must be competent
and provided at no cost to the person being served.
LEP persons that are blind or deaf, under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation
Act of 1973, recipients must provide equal access through auxiliary aids and
services.

requested interpreter services. Are we required to provide this? Can we bill
