In our ever on going saga of lazy staff vs. technology getting stuff done
without whining/complaining/undating their Pinterest boards instead of
working, I am interested in taking the leap into automated telephone
appointment reminders or texting. Does anyone have experience with
companies or services they would recommend? I’m also interested in your
horror stories too, who to stay away from or services that looked rosey and
perfect until something went completely wonky. Cost and levels of service
would be great to know too.
