Hi all – I have a patient with a Lenox Hill knee brace that is approximately 20 years old. It has elastic straps around the thigh and calf, 4″ and 3″ high respectively. The straps have silicone bands in them to help grip the skin. These straps are no longer available through the manufacturer. Does anyone have any suggestions for a replacement strap material with similar elastic and grippy properties? Thanks.
