Pay rates for ABC certified O&P Technicians

I am looking for opinions of how valuable the ABC O&P Technician
certification is to your business? When you have a technician who gets
their certification, is there a monetary reimbursement? What percentage
would you expect to pay a “certified” technician compared to a technician
that does a great job, but is not certified by ABC?
