High definition partial hand prosthesis

Hello List,
I have an adult patient that has had high definition partial hand
prostheses in the past, problem is he now has Medicare. Has anyone had
experience with billing, denials and or pricing with one (L7499)? The costs
are quite high and the standard partial hand code does not nearly cover our
costs.
