Re: Branier-update on company

Jennifer Hutchens

Hello Everyone,

Branier has shut their doors as of last week. I just spoke with Samantha the customer service representative that used to work for Branier. Samantha’s uncle used to work for Branier and left a while ago and opened up his own company, Phoenix Molded Shoes Inserts and Braces LLC. According to Samantha the best of the best from Branier are now at the new company. The owner of Branier dropped off all of his pending orders for Phoenix to finish so you should start to see some orders come in from them soon. She said to continue to use the order forms and catalogs that we have from Branier and that all pricing will still be the same. Once they have their own forms and catalogs they will be sending them out to everyone. If you are sending any new orders out, she asked that they be sent to the new companies address and if they are sent to Branier’s old address they will be returned back to you unfortunately.

Subject: [OANDP-L] Branier-update on company

Does anyone know what is going on with Branier? Have they shut their doors?

We mailed them impressions for custom shoes weeks ago and they promised a
ship date of early Sept. We have not been able to reach them. The phone
number has been busy for over a week.

We plan to recast the patient and send the impressions to another supplier
at this point. Can anyone recommend another supplier with a fast turn
around time?

Any feedback is appreciated!
