Oversize suspension sleeve

I have a 400 pound transtibial patient utilizing suction suspension.  I am looking for a very large suspension sleeve that is at least 17 inches long.  I have used an Alps size 38, but it is too short.  Tried a longer Willow Wood Alpha sleeve, but the XL is too small circumferentially.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!Bryan King, CPOSRT P&O
