Hi List,

Is there any strong evidence to decided when to use shallow vs deep
impression box for custom insoles.

Does anyone get issues with MLA too sharp or wide with DELCAM cad-cam
software modifications.

I had a client with gross Pes Planus foot structure. I took slipper cast by
suspension casting method. insoles were made using DELCAM software. At the
time of fitting finished product did not match around MLA.

I took impression in foam box and the insoles came out better.What could be
the reason for getting 2 different insoles for same patient.
