Research Subjects Needed For Study “Incidences and Covariates of Falls in Individuals with Upper Limb Loss”
At the Northwestern University Prosthetics-Orthotics Center, we are seeking individuals who have experienced upper limb loss or congenital limb difference to complete a survey on mobility and fall history. This study is being conducted by Matthew Major, PhD, of the Northwestern University Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
The survey was created based on interviews with prosthetists, research health scientists, and individuals who have experienced upper limb loss.
The survey is entirely anonymous, takes only 10 minutes to complete, and can be completed online or through a phone interview. You must be 18 years of age or above and have upper limb loss at or above the wrist to complete the survey.
