Knee and hip flexion contracture brace

I have a request from a Dr. to fit a brace that will help stretch knee and
hip flexion contractions post botox. He mentioned a pre-fab device, but I
am leaning towards custom. Does anyone know of a pre-made device or have
any suggestions if we go the custom route? Thank you in advance.
