I have 2 questions to ask . One is there any safe and yet functional
alternative to DARCO ORTHOWEDGE?
What is your choice of appliance when it comes down a diabetic
patient with open ulcer over midfoot, around MLA. I am aware about TCC is
still recognised as GOLD standard and CROW follows it later. But I m
interested to know has anyone tried other devices with great success. We
have number of patients who fall in geriatric category who generally has
poor balance .
Second question Is there any advanced technique or material or design
improvisation in custom CROW.
Currently we are looking at adapting self lace up system on CROW instead
of double purchase Velcro strapping system.
