would like to ask a very large favor from those of you who have made the
transition to the Opie software. We will be making this transition soon with
hopes of making it as painless as possible.
not a real big fan of reinventing the wheel, and any helpful communication
would be very much appreciated. Mike and the great team at Opie have
been very helpful. They clearly take
great pride and passion in their work. However, I would like to hear from
other offices who have made this transition in hopes of learning from your past
experiences? Some questions that barely skim the surface:
long did you continue to use the other operating system?
on streamlining practitioner time during clinic? Office staff time?
Did you have an Opie staff member visit
your office for initial training?
Overall, has it sped up or slowed down
your general office flow?
your office manager have any advice for our office manager to assist in her
leadership role during this transition?
business owners: What are some ways it has improved your ability to make informed
decisions about your company?
is certainly a very incomplete list of questions, and I appreciate any of you
