For closed, mid-shaft diaphyseal fractures, we typically use traditional, pre-fabricated, low density poly-ethylene, Sarmiento type humeral Fx orthoses. We are looking for comparison to/feedback on “Clasby” type, fabric with metal stays, humeral Fx orthoses. Any observations regarding compliance, ease of application, don/doff, etc. would be welcome. Many thanks in advance,
