Hello,
My current employer is looking to institute professional “ladders” for
practitioners where increased experience would be associated with and
increased level and increased pay. Are there other hospital based
facilities that have a system in place? If so, please briefly describe it.
How does it work? What are the parameters of moving up a level? What are
the pay increases associated with the level increases. Anything you could
add would be great!
