I wonder if any of the proposed changes in the LCD directly violate any of the recent bills passed by the government regarding prosthetic care in the US.
I seem to recall a pleasant picture of the president embracing a person with prosthetics.
Also what kind of weigh-in does the VA have with its research grants into the advancement of prosthetics.
We need a lawyer to dissect these bills that have passed to push forth a legal objection to the LCD proposals based on previous passed laws.
How about a March on Washington with millions of amputees. This LCD impacts all amputees.
