Hi all
I’m working with an AFO patient that has significant internal rotation during swing which they can control until fatigue sets in or Pt loses concentration. We’ve had success in P.T. wrapping leg with therapy bands to promote external rotation.
Good old twister cable comes to
Mind but this is a 70 + y.o. That has other issues and I’m not sure this would be acceptable….also thought about using something like a theratog or neoprene wrap.
Any similar stories out there with successful solutions?
Thanks
